As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

Additional responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include :

• Summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing reports
• Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department
• Verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
