Senior Project Manager

We are looking for 2 Senior Resident Engineers with a proven track record of excellence in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in vertical structures.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about constructing not just buildings, but legacies.

Your experience in airport construction projects will be highly regarded as we expand our venture into developing world-class aviation hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the efforts of contractors, ensuring the seamless closeout and occupancy of construction projects.
• Guarantee the progress and quality of construction activities align with approved schedules and budgets.
• Oversee a team comprising of Resident Engineers, Assistant Resident Engineers, Project / Office Engineers, Document Control Clerks, and Field Inspectors, instilling a culture of excellence and precision.
• Conduct rigorous review and approval processes for construction documents, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards of constructability, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Spearhead the Quality Assurance Program, ensuring every aspect of the project exceeds industry standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels, from weekly construction meetings to coordination with local utilities, to ensure a cohesive project environment.
• Expertly manage contract administration, change orders, and project closeout processes for high-valued projects.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in a civil discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer or Certified Construction Manager, complemented by at least 10 years of experience in construction contract administration and field inspection.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates with airport construction experience.
• Proficient in multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CMR contracts).
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality control plans, and the utilization of project management software.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of directing, coordinating, and supervising construction management teams.
