Position Summary

Responsible for leading, creating and managing the marketing, branding, and social media activities for the Company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Leadership to design and implement Superior's marketing, branding and social media strategies to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, and publish creative content for social media and digital platforms
• Travel to jobsitesnationwidefor photography, videography, and drone footage to capture Superiors work and people
• Manage ongoing content updates for Superiors website
• Develop and produce all collateral materials, including brochures, displays and advertising
• Manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of company-branded items, including signage, printed materials, promotional activities, apparel, etc.
• Create and maintain project description sheets, photos, videos, images and graphics in project files
• Support Business Development with all job-related marketing, trade shows,community eventsandcompany gatherings
• Manage and report on all marketing activities and results
• Work with Management to learn the specifics of Superior products to ensure all work provides clear, accurate and compliant information
• Adopt and enhance Superiors voice and messaging
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include overtime as needed
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned or requested by management

Experience and Education Required

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design or related discipline preferred

3+yearsof experience working within Corporate Communications, Employment Branding Marketing, or Advertising preferred

Excellent copywriting skills

ExpertiseinAdobe PremierePro, Photoshop, Illustrator,Lightroomand CANVA

Must possess or be able to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (drone license) within 60 days of hire

Experience in creating a clear and distinct voice for brands

Must be a proactive self-starter and comfortable taking charge with little direction

Have a strong desiretobuild and harness a positive and fun work environment

Industry Knowledge :

Passion for all things marketing and social media

Ability to understand our business model and marketing goals

Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others

Graphic design experience is required

Photography, videography and editing experience required

Outstanding communication skills across written, email, presentation, phone and in-person platforms

Superb organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills

Familiarity with web design andWordPress

Experience and / or knowledge in construction preferred

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 per year
