Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals
Lead multiple marketing teams across digital, social, PR / media, and creative, ensuring collaboration and consistency
Oversee company branding strategy and manage all paid advertising efforts across various digital platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
5-8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
Experience managing social media teams, PR / media teams, and creative professionals
Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
