UX Researcher (Customer Experience) Job at Solomon Page in Bothell

Our technology client in Bothell (on-site, 5x per week) is in search of a UX Researcher to help shape customer experiences through data-driven insights. This is a temporary / contract role with full-time hours. In this role, you will identify friction points and uncover opportunities to improve user interactions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods. You will work closely with designers, product owners and strategists to ensure that both new and existing experiences are aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research to maintain a current, in-depth understanding of customer experiences, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Apply mixed-methods research approaches using qualitative, quantitative and competitive insights to guide design and product decisions
• Use existing customer data and performance metrics to monitor the health of the user experience and provide actionable recommendations
• Evaluate internal and external experiences to ensure alignment with defined user strategies and goals
• Synthesize complex research findings into clear, compelling point-of-view (POV) documents for stakeholders across design, product and strategy teams
• Utilize tools such as online survey platforms, design thinking frameworks and statistical analysis software to conduct and analyze research
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful user-centered solutions
