Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines for production runsDecipher drawings and apply GD&T to machining strategyPerform in-process checks with micrometers, calipers, and gaugesDiagnose and resolve tooling, program, and process issuesSupport a precision-first, continuous-improvement cultureMust-Haves
2+ years of Swiss-type setup and operation experienceProven blueprint and metrology skillsSolid mechanical aptitude and resourceful problem-solvingHigh school diploma or GED (technical training welcome)Nice-to-Haves
