Job descriptionCan you set up a Swiss lathe (Tsugami, Star, or Citizen) and nail your first-piece inspection? Do you read complex blueprints like a roadmap and hold tight tolerances with confidence? When a tool wears or a dimension drifts, do you know exactly which offset to tweak? Are you comfortable working independently while owning part quality from start to finish? Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines for production runs Decipher drawings and apply GD&T to machining strategy Perform in-process checks with micrometers, calipers, and gauges Diagnose and resolve tooling, program, and process issues Support a precision-first, continuous-improvement culture 2+ years of Swiss-type setup and operation experience Proven blueprint and metrology skills Solid mechanical aptitude and resourceful problem-solving High school diploma or GED (technical training welcome) Working knowledge of G-code or foundational CNC programming Experience machining for aerospace, medical, or hydraulic markets Familiarity with routine machine maintenance GD&T CNC Tooling CNC Programming G-Code M-Code

- Compensation : Upper $20s–mid $30s per hour, up to $36 / hr DOE
- Shifts : 1st or 2nd shift
