Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director in the Office of the President to support the team on principal briefings, event follow up, and executive relationship management. The ideal candidate has an understanding of international relations, a proven track record of relationship management, and expertise in the events and business industries. The role serves as a central node for information flow and supports the advancement of the principal's day-to-day within the strategic growth framework of the organization. This position combines a wide range of responsibilities and is best suited to someone with a strong grasp of big-picture global politics and a keen interest in the details of supporting a principal. Business and / or government background preferred. This role is based in Eurasia Group's New York office.

Core functions of the job include :

• Drafting and reviewing principal's meeting prep materials and coordinating with teams across the firm for relevant inputs on client and policymaker briefings
• Working with the Office of the President to track and drive follow-up for department's client engagement and commercial opportunity priorities across all aspects of the business (e.g. advisory, events, media, and any new ventures)
• Managing post event follow-up and other projects with president's team and key stakeholders across the firm
• Facilitating internal processes to ensure principal's account engagement is addressing client needs
• Taking the pen on correspondence and discussion documents to advance priorities
• Project management and execution
• Ability to help with scheduling coordination and logistics for president's speaking engagements and meetings as needed

Requirements :

Must be eligible for employment in the United States and available to work in Eurasia Group's New York office

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The pay range for this role is :

85,000 - 95,000 USD per year(New York, New York)
