Unit Assistant
The Senate Fiscal Agency, a nonpartisan agency of the Michigan Legislature, is seeking a Unit Assistant. Unit Assistants are responsible primarily for preparing budget documents, word documents, and other duties for their assigned unit, consisting of the Associate Director and Fiscal Analysts. This Unit Assistant will also act as backup to the Business Manager, playing a critical role in processing Agency bills, payroll processing, and assisting in other HR functions.

Required education and experience include :
A strong attention to detail and ability to process confidential information accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, as well as experience with State of Michigan payroll systems (SIGMA and Infor / HRMN), is encouraged.
