Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience as a Case Manager, performing Care Coordination and Discharge Planning — hospital experience is mandatory.

California state license required (pending license accepted but must be active by start date).

First-time travelers are welcome — clinical team will conduct screening prior to assignment.

Schedule Details :

Weekend rotation required; must be flexible to meet departmental needs.
