Network and Computer Systems Administrator - Niceville, FL

Join ARC Group's Client as a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator. This position is located in the beautiful Niceville, FL, offering a great work-life balance near the stunning Gulf Coast. Be part of a dedicated team providing IT technical support for critical missions.

Essential Job Functions

• Determine hardware, software, and systems specifications and configuration requirements.
• Execute patching, fixing, and ensuring all assigned systems are compliant.
• Plan, install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, and client products across multiple networks and network storage.
• Provide support to users in account management, enterprise applications, desktop applications, and peripherals.
• Work closely with the ISSO for data transfers and media creation.
• Facilitate and coordinate user account creation and modification.
• Perform other hardware and software tasks as assigned.
