Description :
The primary goal of the Physical Therapist is to restore function to prevent or minimize disability following disease or injury.
The therapist will help the client reach maximum performance and function within the limits of their capabilities.
The therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
The role may involve supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
The therapist will perform initial admission and evaluation visits.
The therapist will notify the assigned Clinical Team Manager of assessment scores within established timelines.
The ideal candidate will document observations, clinical findings, problems, skilled interventions, treatments, goals, and discharge plans.
The therapist will perform other duties as assigned consistent with their skills and training.
The position aligns with the goals and mission of the organization.
Territory includes Redwood City and neighboring cities.
Holiday coverage is required.
