About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Revenue Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading, scaling, and optimizing a Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the company's revenue strategy, with a focus on long-term strategic impact. This includes enhancing and streamlining key operational areas such as pricing strategy, competitive positioning, proposal management, and tech stack optimization. The VP will also lead, mentor, and grow the Revenue Operations team, ensuring the effective implementation of operational strategies and fostering a culture of motivation and professional development.
Key responsibilities for the VP of Revenue Operations at the company include tracking and analyzing KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations, and championing Salesforce hygiene for accurate forecasting. The role involves maintaining deep visibility into pipeline health, acting as a point of escalation for operational issues, and leading the annual planning process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the technology industry, including at least 5 years in people management and Revenue Operations. They must be adept at using data-driven insights to improve sales performance, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have exceptional project management abilities. Experience in construction technology, AEC software, or a related industry is also preferred.
