Accounts Payable / Receivable Associate

A company is looking for an AP / AR Associate to manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the payables process, including invoice posting and vendor payments

Oversee accounts receivable processes for retail customers to ensure timely payment collection

Support the month-end close process and prepare documentation for year-end audit readiness

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of accounting and AP / AR experience, preferably in a high-growth environment

Background in the CPG industry is required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Ramp and QuickBooks is preferred but not required

Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and work independently
