Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for various systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with a dynamic and skilled team.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for applications and systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to support user authentication and access control.

Collaborate with teams to address issues involving computer hardware and Dell Technologies solutions.

Perform system upgrades and software installations to enhance performance and security.

Monitor and optimize application performance to meet business needs.

Work with Cisco Technologies to ensure network reliability and connectivity.

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical solutions.

Conduct regular system checks and audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities.

Assist in training users on system functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environments.

Experience with Dell Technologies products and solutions.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.

Familiarity with application support practices and methodologies.

Understanding of Cisco Technologies and network infrastructure.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and end users.

Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
