Role Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing multi / omnichannel marketing campaigns that raise awareness, build relationships, and convert and retain customers for our university partners. S / he will also be responsible for the implementation of all marketing efforts within UP. A successful candidate will be a highly-organized team player who can clearly communicate and collaborate across internal and external teams to implement marketing campaigns that optimize ROI and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute customized, integrated multi-channel marketing plans that create awareness, drive traffic, and convert customers. Marketing channels include but are not limited to : email / CRM; digital advertising across social, search, and display platforms; SEO content; social media and influencers; print.
• Build and manage marketing calendars and translate calendars into action plans.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities across partnerships, working closely with internal, partner, and vendor teams to execute plans.
• Own the project management system including creating custom workflows, adjusting ad hoc schedules as needed, and assigning talent to tasks.
• Manage the Campaign Kick-Off Meetings and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
• Develop / maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

For full-time positions, Kaplan has two Salary Grades, this position is Salary Grade A : $31,200 to $78,600. Actual compensation for this role is determined by several factors including but not limited to job level, candidate's skills, experience, and education, among other factors determined by the business.

All positions with Kaplan are paid at least $15 per hour or $31,200 per year for full-time positions. Additionally, certain positions are bonus or commission-eligible.
