Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for supporting and overseeing the daily operations of internal GEV Onshore Wind teams and third-party contractors on our services sites, primarily focusing in the Uptower Repair space. This role demands a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and coordination with the overall O&M services team. The Foreman will ensure all O&M operations are conducted in compliance with industry standards, company policies, and local regulations in coordination with Services leadership and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Safety Management :

Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Coordinate and supervise all activities on the active site.

Verify that all operations are performed to the highest quality standards.

Oversee the performance of crane operators and other crew members.

Create and / or maintain accurate and complete records of operations, inspections, and maintenance to company standards.

Qualifications

The base pay range for this position is 72,400.00 - 90,500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
