Key Responsibilities
Directly source candidates using various platforms and networks
Compose email campaigns to attract passive talent and maintain documentation within the ATS
Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and track candidate activity
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably for sales roles
2+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter with a response rate of 25% or higher
Ability to create Boolean Search Strings
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Detail-oriented and organized
