A small-to-mid-sized general contractor and construction manager with ~50 employees, specializing in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects ranging from $2M to $35M.

Job Description

Prepare detailed estimates across multiple trades. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Analyze drawings and specifications. Support bid submissions and project budgeting.

The Successful Applicant

Has 1-3 years of estimating experience in GC or CM settings. Architectural or drywall background preferred. Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working from our Nassau County office five days a week.
