Our client is a well-established Commercial Design Build General Contractor that is searching for an experienced Project Manager that can run work and lead project teams in the short term but be a part of operational leadership in the near / long-term. Job Description
Manage all aspects of $10M-$30M construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with goals and timelines. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve project challenges or delays in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed updates to stakeholders. Utilize project management software to track progress and maintain accurate documentation. Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future project opportunities.
