American Central Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in helping us deliver quality residential construction projects by accurately forecasting costs, preparing bids, and coordinating with our sales and project teams. From remodels to large-scale residential builds, your estimates will set the foundation for successful project execution.

• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and trade partners to ensure all project scopes are fully captured.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, materials pricing, and labor requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
• Update estimating databases and cost histories for future accuracy.
• Assist in project handoff meetings to support smooth transitions to field teams.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and ensure all estimating tasks align with project goals and timelines.
• Represent American Central Corp professionally with trade partners, vendors, and clients.
