A company is looking for an E-Fish Customer & Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting and technical support to users of the Unified State Electronic System for Fisheries Management
Manage user access, including granting and terminating access based on required roles
Record and resolve user requests, analyze database information, and generate reports for public authorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
3 years of experience in supporting information systems
Working knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian (Level C) and intermediate knowledge of English (Level B)
National of Ukraine or resident with a valid work permit
Experience with state electronic registers and knowledge of relevant regulatory acts
