We're seeking a Sr. Manager, Service Engineer, who is ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come.

The Service Engineering group supports supervisors engaged in our Maintenance line of business, as well as indirect support of the service mechanics across the US and Canada, with the objective of continually improving quality, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring world-class safety and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of vertical transportation system inspections, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive inspection management system and process for all units within the portfolio.
• Provide compliance management leadership, including supporting the operating territories in maintaining accurate records of inspections, certifications, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with codes and standards colleagues to monitor changes in elevator safety regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
• Generate regular compliance reports for senior leadership and develop a centralized database of inspection history and compliance status.
