Required Qualifications

Extensive experience closing residential purchase transactions in Georgia and Florida

Complete knowledge of handling real estate transactions from contract receipt to funding

Solid understanding of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, and real property law

5+ years of experience in the title industry, specifically in residential resale

Proficient in closing software and Microsoft Office Suite
