Floor Manager

Celtic Development Group is seeking an upbeat, knowledgeable Floor Manager to join our outstanding team. We’re looking for someone reliable, timely, and eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For :

A motivated manager with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Availability to close several nights per week and to work during the holiday season and weekends (a must).

A DOH Food Handler’s Permit is preferred but not required.

A patient and friendly demeanor , strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Your Role :

As Floor Manager, you’ll be responsible for :

Reading the floor and anticipating guest needs during peak hours.

Supporting and guiding staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handling real-time issues calmly while upholding CDG’s company culture and standards.
