Position Summary : The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with daily operations, resident services, leasing, and compliance activities to maintain a thriving senior community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with leasing, recertifications, and resident documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
• Support rent collections and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
