• Hospitalist medical director position does not require previous leadership experience
• 7-on / 7-off day block schedule from 7 am - 7 pm flexible hours, nights are covered by NPs
• Will be hospitalist schedule with medical director role overseeing the schedule and some admin
• Alternate days with minimal call if needed in evenings, other days is round and go to leave early
• Manageable census of 12 - 15 patients with resident support
