Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated AV Service Technician to support the retrofit of USB camera bars into existing office environments. This role involves the physical installation, configuration, and validation of AV hardware—primarily USB camera bars—ensuring clean, professional setups that align with workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Retrofit USB camera bars in conference rooms, huddle spaces, and private offices.
• Ensure all installations meet high standards of organization and cable management, with a focus on clean, discreet routing and labeling.
• Work independently to complete installations with minimal supervision, maintaining a professional and tidy workspace throughout.
• Configure devices for optimal performance, including firmware updates and software settings.
• Test and validate AV functionality post-installation, including video, audio, and connectivity.
• Document installation details, room configurations, and any deviations from standard setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or integration issues on-site.
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards for AV deployments.

We offer a competitive pay range of $62.46 / hr - $64.89 / hr for this onsite contract position.
