Overview :
Our client, a well-established firm based in Washington, is seeking a professional civil engineer with project management experience to join their team in the Tri-Cities area. This Civil Project Manager role will work on a wide range of projects, including single-family and multi-family residential subdivisions, apartments, commercial and mixed-use developments, and industrial warehouse developments. Pay range : $119,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities :
Manage and mentor engineering staffServe as a project manager and interact directly with clients and jurisdictionsPlan, design, and direct all phases of civil engineering projectsOversee engineering operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplinesNurture and grow client relationships to support business development initiativesRequirements :
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil EngineeringPE License10+ years of experience in civil site design, utility design, grading, stormwater management, and erosion / sediment control3+ years in a civil consulting role with a progressive pattern of increased responsibility, including staff mentoring and managing client relationshipsProven project management experience in site development projects, including developing and managing project schedules and budgetsPractical experience with stormwater modeling using MGS Flood, WWHM, and other softwarePractical experience producing construction documents using Civil 3DExceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively drive projects to completionStrong attention to detail, recognizing that precision is key to project successA genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serveHigh motivation to meet client deadlines and perform under pressureWork sponsorship is not available at this time.
