What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Build Relationships

– Lead client interactions with honesty, integrity, and care.

Maximize Productivity

– Track sales, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency daily.

Maintain Shop Standards

– Ensure processes are followed to meet profit goals & deliver top-tier service.

Collaborate & Support

– Work closely with our service advisors, parts manager, GM, and QC porter to keep operations running smoothly.

What We Offer

$70,000 – $200,000 / year

(salary + commission based on performance)
