The Senior Project Manager is accountable for largest and most strategic Fenergo client engagements typically leading the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations and enterprise-level transformation projects. This role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, executive level influence and engagement, together with cross-functional leadership with a focus on regulated financial services environments.

The Senior Project Manager typically operates at an enterprise, programme or portfolio level, overseeing the delivery of multiple initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This leadership role drives consistency, alignment with broader client outcomes, and strategic oversight, including coaching and mentoring junior project managers. This role also takes direct responsibility for delivery in key or complex regions. In this strategic, client-facing role, you'll also provide pre-sales support where required, lead cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure all aspects of delivery meet or exceed expectations on time and budget.
