We're looking for an Operations Specialist - someone who thrives on solving problems, coordinating moving parts, and making sure production runs like clockwork. You'll be the bridge between clients, factories, and internal teams, ensuring every custom product meets our quality and delivery standards.

In this role, you will :

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of custom product manufacturing, from order initiation to delivery
• Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and quality compliance
• Lead quality assurance reviews, including samples, pre-production photos, and testing results
• Manage logistics, balance payments, and schedule deliveries with internal and external partners
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure consistent quality
• Act as the main liaison between clients, factory teams, and internal departments
• Partner with sales and design teams on complex projects, ensuring technical and cost feasibility
• Conduct cost analyses, negotiate with partners, and manage pricing strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and better quality control

This is a full-time, fully remote role - flexibility is key as you'll collaborate across multiple time zones.
