Job Description : We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care and support to our residents. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This position offers flexible hours, with the ability to work just two days per week and still be considered full-time.

Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Support residents in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living environment.
• Document and report any changes in residents' conditions or needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
