Family Practice physician job in Washington :

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join to join a well-established and thriving Family Medicine practice at PMG Mill Plain Medical Plaza in Vancouver, Washington.

Youll be part of an integrative primary care team that includes a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and case management team.

Additional resources onsite include x-ray, lab and a diabetes educator. Other services in the building are a PMG Walk-In Clinic and Occupational Medicine.

This is a great opportunity to join a smaller practice with a dedicated team that values innovation, open-minded approaches and excellent patient care in one of the fastest growing suburbs of Portland, just across the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington.

• Full-time, up to 1.0 FTE
• 4-5 days / week schedule (M-F)
• At least 50% of your practice will be dedicated Family Medicine (all ages), with a smaller percentage dedicated to Sports Medicine
• Board-eligible or board-certification in Family Medicine required
• Compensation is between $113.61 and $155.50 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
• Standard primary care offers include starting bonus, loan repayment / retention, CME and relocation (when applicable).
• No state income tax if you live and work in Washington
