Property Manager – Bilingual (English / Spanish) | $55,000–$75,000 DOE | Greeley, CO

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Greeley, CO! This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with tenants and owners, and takes pride in maintaining well-managed properties.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, renewals, maintenance coordination, and rent collection.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving.
• Manage vendor relationships and property budgets effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using AppFolio (experience preferred).
• Collaborate with ownership and staff to meet occupancy and financial goals.

What We’re Looking For :

Compensation :

$55,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
