Job Summary :

The Team Leader / Trainer, you will be responsible to complete the below daily tasks for our team members and customers under the leadership of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Train all new hires on equipment, warehouse and department processes
• Enforce safety and ensure all safety guidelines are being followed appropriately
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates as needed
• Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed
• Assign work to warehouse associates to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met
• Manage picking team by conducting audits regularly
• Be able to multitask i.e., ensuring pickers are staying on task while also providing the line with necessary materials
• Perform assigned projects as instructed
• MUST be available to stay until end of day / work is completed
• MUST have flexibility to work mandated overtime with 24–48-hour notice
