Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Receiving & Inventory : Oversee the accurate receipt of goods, verify shipments, and manage inventory control processes.
• Shipping & Logistics : Coordinate outbound shipments, prepare products for delivery, and ensure timely dispatch via company vehicles or carriers.
• Facility Oversight : Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and yard environment across multiple buildings.
• Safety & Compliance : Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce OSHA guidelines, and address equipment issues promptly.
• Operational Efficiency : Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to meet customer and carrier deadlines.
• Communication : Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
