Security Lead

A company is looking for a Security Lead to build and manage its security function across governance, engineering, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company's security posture from code to compliance

Architect secure infrastructure, integrations, and resilient systems

Act as a liaison between engineering, compliance / risk, and leadership

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in tech, including engineering, GRC, architecture, and operations

Experience in fintech or crypto / blockchain / web3

Proven ability to design and implement secure systems across cloud, network, and app layers

Experience leading audits and compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)

Strong technical grounding in cloud security (AWS / GCP), containerization, CI / CD, and identity systems
