Oracle is seeking a highly experienced and multi-talented Head of Data Center Physical Security Operations to join our team. The qualified candidate will report directly to the Director, Data Center Security Operations. Periodic regional travel will be required. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, and the position has no direct reports but will have oversight of contracted security staff across their scope of responsibility. Role is onsite in Shackelford, TX.
Responsibilities include:
The Head of Data Center Security Operations scope of responsibility is on site. Manages and plans implementation of company policy for achieving business goals. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments and may supervise the activities of others. The qualified candidate will report directly to the GPS Director, Data Center Security Operations Americas, and function under limited supervision.
