Fully understanding revenue growth across all of its elements and how in-market performance is impacted will drive the next generation of insight and profitable growth for both JM Smucker and our retail partners. We are looking for analytically minded professionals who have an entrepreneurial, inquisitive and creative mindset combined with solid business and financial acumen to join our team!

You will conduct detailed promotional analysis on our trade spend investments to identify insights on improving top and bottom-line effectiveness and to provide recommendations that will make the Frozen Handheld & Spreads (FH&S) business more competitive.

Location : Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland / Akron)

Work Arrangements : Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will :

• Understand and summarize current investment results across the FH&S portfolio through Post Event Analytics.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the RGM and Commercial teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive volume and return on investment improvement on customer promotional executions.
• Support the creation of execution plans and selling stories.
• Support RGM team leadership in strategically influencing across the organization.
• Be the FH&S SBA's resident expert in the Post Event Analytics tools and resources. Support the development and implementation of future analytical tools.
• Monitor trade execution activities and proactively identify areas of opportunity by engaging with cross-functional counterparts.
• Understand how the consumer, customer and JMS all benefit from our analysis.
