San Diego's premier pickup and delivery dry cleaning and laundry company is seeking a reliable, hardworking Route Service Representative to maintain and grow customer accounts.

Route Service Representative’s drive our van to deliver laundry / dry-cleaning orders to customers and solicit to new and existing customers, all while providing the very best in customer service.

The position will require basic sales, customer service and general service duties associated with laundry and dry-cleaning operations.

Must have a flexible scheduled, be willing to work weekends, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Safely drive / operate / maintain our service van
• Load and unload orders weighing up to 30lbs each
• Take great care of customers' orders and inventory / label each correctly
• Enter information into a tablet / phone
• Use tablet GPS to navigate and scanning applications verify deliveries
• Interact and answer basic customer questions
• Solicit / prospect for new customers
• Introduce service to prospective customers

Qualifications :

• Must be extremely reliable and able to work independently
• Ability to work alone and at a fast pace
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle history
• Ability to use tablet or smartphone.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, ambition, organization and a service spirit
• Great attention to detail and presentation

Ability to lift 50lbs

Wear specific attire and provided company logo shirt. Must be presentable, courteous, and professional to everyone you encounter on a daily basis
