Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with a leading provider of institutional, community, and home based pharmacy services in Knoxville, TN .
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :
- Pharmacist working in a closed door pharmacy setting
- Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
- Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate
- Mon-Fri (7 on and 7 off) 3rd shift from 9pm-7am with weekends as needed
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist :
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of TN
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; PharmD Preferred
Preferred Qualifications for Pharmacist :
- LTC Pharmacy experience
- Closed door pharmacy experience0

Pay Details : $60-$66 an hour
