Job description2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience. Proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotas. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), phone, and email sales. Excellent communication and time-management skills. (Preferred) Experience with construction equipment, industrial parts, or heavy machinery. Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Health, dental, and vision benefits. We are a growing company in the heavy equipment industry. They specialize in aftermarket, used, and rebuilt parts—helping customers keep their machines running with minimal downtime.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle : follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- Use NetSuite CRM to track interactions, quotes, and pipeline activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
