As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing team focused on building the core reporting platform for advertising products. You will drive the technical strategy, ensure the reliability and scalability of the reporting infrastructure, and enable actionable insights for advertisers. This role requires collaboration with product and design teams to shape innovative solutions, maintain data accuracy, and deliver value to a large-scale audience. You will guide both foundational platform development and proactive reporting initiatives, shaping long-term growth and operational excellence. The position offers the opportunity to influence engineering culture, mentor engineers, and participate in end-to-end software development at a rapidly growing, data-driven organization.
Accountabilities :
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of full stack and backend engineers focused on ads reporting products.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to discover innovative ways to communicate advertising value to users.
- Maintain a culture of fast iteration, experimentation, and collaboration across engineering teams.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, QA, experimentation, and launch.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and success across Ads Reporting workstreams.
- Integrate and maintain data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and reliability of reporting solutions.
- Drive technical strategy for reporting foundations and proactive insights, supporting business growth and advertiser success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, or related field.5+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in large-scale reporting solutions.Proven experience in engineering leadership across multiple teams, driving alignment and project execution.Knowledge of full stack product development practices and engineering best practices.Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.Strong communication, analytical, and mentorship skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working on advertiser platforms or B2B reporting products.Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Airflow, Druid.Experience with cloud-native tools, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and workflow orchestration (Argo, Airflow).Benefits
