Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide array of events, including corporate functions, conferences, and community outreach programs. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for event management.

Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Location :  Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met.
• Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to keep projects on track.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to events, including social media and email campaigns.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in working order and safely stored.
