This position will be based at our Madison, WI office working a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Payroll Coordinator you will assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll-related payments including bi-weekly payroll, bonus, and variable incentive payments. The Payroll Coordinator assists with data uploads, data integrity and system testing coordination. In addition, this role is responsible for processing payroll transactions such as payroll validations, employment verifications, status changes, time entry corrections, and off-cycle payments.

This position's hourly pay rate may range from $21.20-24.00 per hour. Pay is carefully considered based on a wide range of factors including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, location and internal equity. Certain qualifying positions are also eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonus or commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
