This position involves investigating Title IX and civil rights discrimination, harassment, and retaliation reports, providing training, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and university policies. The role requires collaboration with the Title IX Office, conducting thorough investigations, maintaining records, and designing training programs for faculty, staff, and students.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field, three years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience developing and delivering training is essential.

Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree or Juris Doctor, two years of experience in HR or EEO investigations, knowledge of gender-based violence issues.

Salary : $3,983 - $11,703 / month, commensurate with experience. The anticipated salary range is $8,333 - $8,750 / month. Benefits included.
