About the Founder

CoreAIVideo was founded by Nadeem Arif, who brings 30+ years of tech and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CEO of Outsourcing4work GmbH (Germany). Since 2007, Nadeem has been living with ME / CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)—a debilitating illness that has left him 80% disabled and bedridden.

Due to health reasons, Nadeem will step down as CEO and dedicate his focus on driving the product at CoreAIVideo.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead pre-seed fundraising efforts (angels, seed funds, strategic partners).
• Lead the overall company strategy with a strong focus on AI innovation, financial sustainability, and scalable sales growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing, global remote sales team with clear KPIs and rapid execution.
• Define and drive go-to-market strategies targeting real estate professionals in the U.S.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships that support long-term expansion.
• Work closely with the founder to shape the company’s AI roadmap and ensure alignment across tech, sales, and funding initiatives.
