Responsibilities

We are seeking to add an experienced Patient Representative to assist and enhance the patients experience.

Greeting and checking patients in and out

Answer phone calls.

Collecting co-payments

Obtaining preauthorization from insurance

Scheduling and registering patients.

Qualifications and Skills

Required :

• Ability to multitask multiple patients and calls
• Attention to detail
• Ability to provide personalized and compassionate service
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Strong keyboarding skills
• eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Vaccinated
