About the role :
We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst II to lead our global balance reporting & direct cash flow process achieved through collaboration with global multi-functional teams. This individual will also lead the delivery of treasury operational services to our markets in Latin America and look at technologies to help better streamline and automate our global operations. In addition, this individual will also back up our Commercial Paper program & daily cash positioning process.

Key responsibilities will include :
- Working with Treasury analyst to align direct and daily positions weekly.
- Primary banking service contact for Latin America
- Ensure a high standard of controls and authorities over bank accounts and treasury transactions in accordance with policies. Work with the entities to update bank account signatories and issue bank guarantees.
- Use technology and lean business techniques to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the global operational processes.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insightful analysis that illustrates key cause and effect, business and value drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, accounting, legal and divisional finance) and management, providing clear, logical recommendations in a concise manner, to either internal or external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills. Results and detail-oriented, team player, strong project management skills
- Drive continuous improvement to gain efficiencies as the business continues to scale.
- Integrate and provide on-board training to acquired companies, as appropriate.
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
Required qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline2+ years of Treasury experienceEffective communication and business collaboration skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global organizationAttention to detail and accuracyDemonstrates analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred qualifications :
Proficiency with MS Excel. SAP, Bloomberg and programming a plusExperience with GTreasury and / or CoprocessKnowledge of bank connectivity alternatives (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting)Work Mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and innovation.
