Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Must have prior work experience in general labor, construction, palletizing, or similar. Prior experience in construction or roofing material handling is a plus! $200 Monthly Bonus for Good Attendance Unique rotating schedule – 15 days off per month! Built-in weekly overtime Temp-to-hire with long-term growth potential Health and dental benefits available CalSavers retirement program available Work in pairs to alternate between manual palletizing and forklift operation Lift and place saturated / coated roofing felt rolls onto pallets Use a forklift to move pallets onto the conveyor system Sort, stack, and organize pallets in the yard Maintain clean and safe workstation at all times Reposition and relabel finished rolls as needed

Connect Staffing is hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator / General Labor for a roofing materials manufacturer located in Fontana, CA .
Schedule : 12-hour shifts, rotating 4 days on / 4 days off – days vary weekly. Alternating monthly between :
- 6 : 45am - 7pm(Day Shift)
- 6 : 45pm - 7am(Night Shift)
This position requires the flexibility to work both 1st and 3rd shifts .
